Corporate Secret Police "Toshiba OogiKai" to dominate employees of Toshiba Corp (Japan), an UN Global Compact member is against Human Right.

Toshiba Corp had Corporate Secret Police "OogiKai" to watch and dominate employees. OogiKai listed and reported 500 or more remarkable employees, tracing and staking out them. OogiKai even disturbed their job and alterred their personal data to fire them.

Labor Division of Toshiba Head Office organized OogiKai in 1969 to dominate employees and Toshiba Head Office standardized OogiKai for every offices in Japan in fall of 1973. OogiKai had 1,800 members in Apr 1974 and 2,500 in 1984. So many Toshiba Labor Union Tops are from OogiKai. The one of the tops of Japanese Electrical Electronic & Information Union (JEIU), Katsutoshi Suzuki who got employed in Toshiba Komukai Factory in 1957 is the one.

In Oct 2004, Toshiba Accuser Union against Discrimination of Salary homepage express Toshiba Corp (Japan) moved and moves Corporate Secret Police Toshiba OogiKai to dominate employees but they express Toshiba OogiKai started in unclearly 60's not in 1969 or the next year of "300 Million Yen" Affair unsolved (on Dec 10, 1968). At Toshiba Stockholder Conference on Jun 25, 2004, laborers Honda and Shimono said they had a proof that now Toshiba OogiKai makes the schedule of this year and they questioned "Does Toshiba OogiKai exist now ?". The Toshiba Executives Takeshi Iida and Yasuo Morimoto answered "We don't need to answer your question because Toshiba OogiKai was an unathorized group and we heard Toshiba OogiKai was gone about 10 years ago."

What Toshiba explained OogiKai was an unathorized group is just the same as what NK leader Kim Jong Il explained criminals kidnapping Japanese was an unathorized group. Don't you think so ?

I can't believe Toshiba still now told OogiKai was gone as a lie. Nevertheless, it's so crazy enough that OogiKai existed in 1994 among democratized Japan.

However, it was true that so atrocious Toshiba tops didn't disturb only the laborers again on this time.

It was so earlier that Toshiba Corp instituted CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Office or joined United Nations Procurement Division "The Global Compact" as operation for its own stock value. Nevertheless, Toshiba never admits its own mistakes "300 million yen" Affair unsolved and "Toshiba OogiKai" positively.

I want someone like NASA scientists to check Toshiba tops' and employees' brains or memories by remote-sensing. I believe the both Toshiba Corp and Toshiba Labor are atrocious.

Toshiba Executive Takeshi Iida has admitted the existence of Corporate Secret Police "OogiKai" at Toshiba Stockholder Conference on Jun 26, 2002, according to the homepage of ELIC (Electric Labor and Industry Correspondence) in Japanese.

I believe Toshiba OogiKai member list is true with no doubt. But rather, the members were originally spies on police from Toshiba Corp sent them in secret to prepare the future problem with the most troublesome Toshiba Labor Union. And I believe true prime OogiKai members were players with muscular strength of Toshiba Fuchu Rugby Club, Toshiba Baseball Club and Toshiba Fuchu Baseball Club. At least, so are current Toshiba OogiKai prime members. Especially, the rugby club is historically any status as Toshiba elite because Chair Taizo Nishimuro, President Tadashi Okamura, some executives and scientists joined it.

I has felt that spies on police from Toshiba exists now from my some case. I want to investigate whether the members joined police straight without the intermediate career.

Toshiba employees tend to put the blame on police.

In famous "Toshiba Call Center Worker's Abusive word to Customer Akky and Akky's Homepage for Claim to Toshiba Corp" Affair (in 1999), Toshiba Corp and Toshiba Labor Union announced together that the worker was an employee from police. However the worker was a real formerly corporate baseball club player of Toshiba Corp, I heard as an insider or Toshiba Kantoh Information System (KIS) employee.

Toshiba Corp is just North Korea. So evil, we as the ordinary can't believe modern Japan had Toshiba OogiKai fact.

"300 million yen" Affair happened to bankers on the way to Toshiba (formerly, Tokyo Shibaura Denki) Fuchu Factory on Dec 10, 1968. When the bankers delivered bonus 300 million yen for 4,525 Toshiba employees by a bank's car, a pretended motorcycle policeman appeared and robbed the bank's car with money. The criminal used a false dynamite wrapped by option "TV set wiring diagram" of magazine "Denpakagaku (meaning Radiowave Science)" to steal 300 million yen. This is the most famous unsolved affair in Japan.

Although, from the situation, it is natural that we consider the criminal was a Toshiba Fuchu Factory man, Toshiba Head Office would notice it soon after "300 million yen" Affair on Dec 10, 1968 and then the head office would consider it needed to watch factory employees and as result Toshiba Corp instituted corporate secret police Toshiba OogiKai which spied on employees in 1969, I believe.

In 1969 Toshiba Chair was Taizou Ishizaka from Ministry of post and telegraphic service and Daiichi Life Insurance Co and Toshiba President was Toshio Dokou from Ishikawajima Harima Heavy Industries Ltd. And the both became Japanese Economic Federation Keidanren Chair.

I believe that the criminals were many Toshiba Factory laborers who dissatisfied with their salary therefore they stole and shared 300 million yen.

As famous story, Toshiba President Toshio Dokou advocated simple and economic or cheap life. His forcing drove mad Toshiba laborers to steal, we can think easily. But he had good relationship with Toshiba Labor Union tops.

As remarkable, Toshiba Corp and Toshiba Labor Union have concealed the fact.

Frankly, I was certain more from comparatively serious TV program of Channel 4 (Nihon TV) in late 2002 than from the situation of "300 million yen" Affair.

The program unnaturally expressed that real criminal for "300 million yen" Affair was security police. Soon I found that Toshiba Corp would move Nihon TV from both the inside by Toshiba spies and the outside by Toshiba's remote-control. Toshiba Corp could spy on TV medias easily because Toshiba primarily managed Japanese Broadcasting Satellite (BS) or BS digital Broadcast. I have watched that many other TV programs are remote-controlled by Toshiba employees since 2001. Nihon TV, Warner Bros and Toshiba Corp had film production company Towani but I don't know if Towani made the TV program.

In May 2004 I read book "'300 million yen' Affair" by journalist Fumiya Ichihashi, which expresses the criminals were dead, and I knew this book became a drama of Channel 10 (Asahi TV) starring Mr. Takeshi Kitano in Dec 2001. I suspect Fumiya Ichihashi is one of many Toshiba's journalist and the criminals are alive in Japan.

Toshiba (Group) employees unifies firmly now. For instance, when Tottori Pref Governor Katayama slandered Toshiba Corp in Jun 2003, many claims came to Tottori Pref homepage. In "Customer Akky's Homepage for Claim to Toshiba Corp" Affair in 1999, many Toshiba employees wrote many to the homepage to disturb together and Toshiba employee also revealed Akky's real name out.

Current Science Technology Remote-Sensing is advanced very much so it can read mind (brain) on real time. The real criminal can be found with 100% accurateness by remote-sensing brains of the suspects and the relations. Toshiba Corp has already completed the technology in Nov 1997.

Some Toshiba Employee published book as a journalist gathering confidential informations of people by remote-sensing. For example, Journalist Kenji Ino who wrote "Internet Bubble" is the one.

By the way, many Toshiba employees were investigated as suspect for "300 million yen" Affair by police or they were given humiliation. Therefore, if the real criminal wasn't Toshiba relation, it couldn't be that Toshiba workers didn't reveal real criminal's nature out as revenge.

Most of Toshiba workers might have known real criminal for "300 million yen" Affair and they might have wanted to bury the truth of "300 million yen" Affair forever for so unexpectedly.

Police couldn't solve the affair because Toshiba Fuchu Factory workers would give false informations to police.

Toshiba Labor Union might hate police for "Matsukawa" Affair false-charged on Aug 17, 1949. (I consider the Toshiba Labor Union suspects for "Matsukawa" Affair unsolved weren't innocent for the same reason in "300 million yen" Affair.)

We Japanese couldn't punish the criminal for "300 million yen" Affair in regular course for time limit, however, we perhaps can punish Toshiba Corp and Toshiba Labor Union for concealing since 2001.

The accuser who will check my this trace by remote-sensing may be a person in foreign nation, I think. (Toshiba can conceal their other many crimes.)

Since Dec 1, 1999 I have been a sufferer from Toshiba Corp (Japan) which sells semiconductor including Notebook PC and steam turbine in the World. Toshiba Corp watches and hears me 24hrs everyday by remote-sensing wherever I go. Toshiba Corp uses radar. I can't work for money because Toshiba Corp operates microwaves to me to interrupt my job or PC operation. And I will be killed soon.

I have sent e-mails or letters to many people including US senators, MPs of EU parliament and Japanese Diet persons to seek asylum since Jan 2001 after I knew Brain Fingerprinting. But nobody helped me. I want to leave a trace about my case.

Toshiba Corp told me that but I didn't want. Using remote-sensing to read mind and radar to speak, Toshiba operators even can communicate with me on real time wherever I have gone since Dec 1, 1999.
